Steps to Redeem Roblox Gift Card
- Open a web browser on your iPhone, iPad, or Android device, or on your desktop computer. Navigate to www.roblox.com/redeem and then log in to the Roblox account you want to add money to if prompted. You’ll land on the Redeem Roblox Cards screen.
- Locate the PIN code on your Roblox gift card, and then enter that code in the Enter PIN Code field on the screen, and then click “Redeem.” The PIN code will disappear from the Enter PIN Code field after a few seconds and you’ll see the amount of your gift card displayed next to the Your Credit Balance field below the Redeem button. If you don’t see this field populated with your gift card amount, refresh this screen.

- Click “Convert to Robux.” A Convert to Robux dialog box is displayed showing you how many Robux your gift card money will convert to.

- Click “Confirm.” The dialog box closes and a message will be displayed across the top of your screen letting you know that you successfully converted your cash to Robux.

You can see your new Robux total by refreshing this screen. Your current Robux total will be displayed at the top of the screen and can be spent in Roblox games immediately.
Common Problems Redeeming a Roblox Gift Card (and How to Troubleshoot Those Problems)
1. Invalid or Already Redeemed Code
- Double-check the code: Make sure you’ve entered the correct code, and there are no typos or missing characters.
- Check if the code has been used: If you received the card from someone else, ensure it hasn’t been used before.
2. Gift Card Not Activated by Retailer
- Return to the retailer: If the card was not properly activated at the point of purchase, you might need to return to the store with your receipt for assistance.
3. Gift Card Not Supported in Your Region
- Confirm your region’s compatibility: Some gift cards are region-specific. Check the Roblox website to ensure that gift cards are supported in your country.
- Use a VPN: If Roblox gift cards are supported in your country, but you’re currently in an unsupported region, consider using a VPN to change your location.
4. Temporary Issues with Roblox Servers
- Wait and try again later: If the Roblox website or servers are experiencing issues, it might impact your ability to redeem the gift card. Try again after some time, or check the Roblox status page for updates.
5. Incorrect Account Information
- Verify account information: Make sure you’re logged in to the correct account when trying to redeem the gift card. Double-check your username and password.
6. Issues with the Browser or Device
- Clear browser cache and cookies: Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies can resolve many issues. You can find this option in your browser’s settings.
- Try a different browser or device: If the issue persists, consider using another browser or device to redeem the gift card.
- Disable browser extensions: Some browser extensions can interfere with the redemption process. Try disabling any extensions and then attempt to redeem the gift card again.
