By default, your Reddit profile can show other users everything you’ve posted, commented on, and the communities you’re a part of — which can be a privacy concern if you’d rather keep your activity to yourself. Maybe you participate in personal support groups, niche hobby communities, or just don’t want your browsing habits on display. Thankfully, Reddit gives you the option to hide all of that information with just a few quick changes in your settings.

Steps to Hide All Posts, Comments and Communities You’re Active in On Your Reddit Profile
- Open the Reddit app on your iPhone, iPad or Android device, and then tap your profile icon on this screen. A menu opens.
- Tap “Settings” in this list of options.
- Navigate to the Account Settings section, and then tap your profile name in this section. Your Reddit Account Settings screen opens.
- Navigate down to the Privacy section, and then tap “Curate Your Profile.”
- Tap “Content and Activity.” A menu opens, where you’ll see visibility settings for your posts, comments and communities you’re active in on Reddit.
- Because you want to hide all of your Reddit posts, comments and communities from being visible on your public Reddit profile, tap to choose “Hide All.” All of your posts and comments will still be visible in the subreddits where you made them, but going forward, people who visit your publicly-available Reddit profile will no longer be able to see that that information.
